Many arrive after their doctor has advised them to be more active. The work from there is translating that advice into a precise, personal programme, understanding that different types and doses of exercise produce different effects and calibrating accordingly over time. Programming begins with objective assessment: movement screening, physiological testing, and ongoing outcome tracking. Coordination with physicians, orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists, and coaches follows where relevant.
Luqman is a committed advocate of Exercise is Medicine, the global initiative positioning physical activity as a first-line strategy for health, and takes a movement-first approach to both preventing and managing disease.
A fully customised programme, shaped to your specific focus:
Individually calibrated programming for every starting point: returning to fitness after years spent prioritising a career or a family, already training independently and wanting expert structure, or managing a condition such as hypertension, elevated blood glucose, or cardiovascular risk, whether newly flagged on a routine executive screening or one you've lived with for years. The focus throughout is preserving strength, mobility, and metabolic health over the long term, developed in step with your physician's guidance where relevant.
Precision conditioning for summit treks (Kilimanjaro, Kinabalu, Fuji), ski holidays, Hyrox, triathlon, and marathon. Some arrive with a trip already booked, often with only a few months to prepare. Others are working toward something they've wanted to do for years, with no date fixed yet. General gym training rarely accounts for what these goals actually demand: climbing endurance and descent-ready leg strength for a summit trek, sustained aerobic capacity for a triathlon, explosive power for Hyrox. Programming is built specifically around your event, with careful attention to injury prevention along the way.
Parents often reach out either because their child is already competing and needs more structured support than a school programme provides, or simply because they want a strong foundation built early. Support spans healthy weight management, strength and conditioning for competitive sport, and National Service fitness preparation, including a considered return to training after injury. Sessions are conducted privately at your residence, drawing on Luqman's coaching background across swimming, athletics, triathlon, and strength & conditioning at institutes and schools.

No. All assessment tools and conditioning equipment are brought to you, and programmes are adapted to your home setup. As you progress, guidance may be offered on select equipment worth adding to support your training.
Exercise physiology brings a deeper evidence base than general training, drawing on biomechanics and metabolic science to treat health, mobility, and performance as one connected goal, often working directly with your medical specialists.
